目的了解泉州市一次性使用卫生用品厂生产环境卫生指标达标情况。方法按GB 15979-2002《一次性使用卫生用品卫生标准》要求,2014年对泉州市42家一次性使用卫生用品厂生产车间环境卫生进行现场抽样检测。结果全年共抽查一次性使用卫生用品厂42家,其中19家生产环境与过程达不到相应卫生要求。共检测样品840份,细菌菌落总数总合格率66.6%,其中生产车间空气合格率61.4%(258/420),工人手表面合格率为62.9%(132/210),工作台表面合格率80.5%(169/210);大肠菌群和致病性化脓菌均未检出。结论泉州市一次性使用卫生用品厂生产车间卫生指标总体合格率偏低,需加强监管。
Objective To understand the compliance of production environmental health indicators of one-time use sanitary products factory in Quanzhou. Methods According to the requirements of GB 15979-2002, “Sanitary Standard for Disposable Sanitary Products”, in 2014, on-site sampling was conducted on the environmental hygiene of 42 disposable sanitary products factories in Quanzhou. Results A total of 42 disposable sanitary products factories were randomly selected in the whole year, of which 19 were not able to meet the corresponding hygiene requirements in the production environment and process. A total of 840 samples were tested, the total bacterial colonies qualified rate was 66.6%, of which 61.4% (258/420) of the air in the production workshop, 62.9% (132/210) on the worker’s hand surface and 80.5% (169/210); neither coliform nor pathogenic pyogenic bacteria were detected. Conclusion Quanzhou one-time use of sanitary products factory health indicators of the overall pass rate is low, the need to strengthen supervision.
