现有的3520mm长网造纸机的顶网成形器,成纸匀度较差,特别是生产低定量纸张时成纸出现较多的云彩花,造成纸张的适印性能降低。在这种情况下,通过调整纤维配比、着网点、浆网速比、刮水板角度和布置,成纸匀度有所改善,但并没有从根本上得到解决,成纸匀度仍然较差。要从根本上解决,最主要的是解决浆料脱水过快造成的纤维絮聚问题。在此,提供一种可改善纸张的匀度及纸张适印性
