厂房空气中毒物的浓度往往很不恒定,有时有的工人在工作中需要在厂房中走动,因而单凭空气中毒物浓度来评价该毒物对人体的影响有一定困难,某些学者认为以毒物的代谢产物或毒物的病理生理作用下产物来进行评价,能更全面地反映毒物对人体的影响。作者曾报道苯作业工人尿内粪卟啉含量升高等。本文进一步观察尿内粪卟啉含量与空气中苯浓度的关系,并探讨尿内粪卟啉是否能作为评价苯对机体影响的指标。
Plant toxic concentrations of air are often not constant, and sometimes some workers need to walk around the plant at work. Therefore, it is difficult to evaluate the toxic effect of the poison solely on the basis of the concentration of air poisoning. Some scholars think that poisonous Metabolites or poisons under the pathophysiological effects of products to be evaluated, can more fully reflect the toxic effects on the human body. The authors have reported benzene workers urinary excreted porphyrin content. In this paper, the relationship between urinary excretion of porphyrin and benzene concentration in the air was further investigated, and whether urinary excretion of porphyrin could be used as an index to evaluate the effect of benzene on the body was explored.
