本研究采用大鼠Ⅲ度感染性烫伤模型、小鼠深Ⅱ度烧伤模型及二甲苯致小鼠耳部炎性肿胀模型，评价了复方雪莲烧伤膏对大鼠Ⅲ度感染性烫伤创面、小鼠深Ⅱ度烧伤创面的促愈合及抗炎作用。结果显示：不同浓度的复方雪莲烧伤膏均能明显促进创面愈合（Ｐ＜０．００１），同时还能明显减轻二甲苯所致小鼠耳部肿胀，具有较强的抗炎作用（Ｐ＜０．００１）。
In this study, rats with III degree infectious scald model, deep second degree burn model in mice and xylene-induced ear inflammatory swelling model were used to evaluate the effects of compound Xueluo burn ointment on III degree infectious burn wound in rats. Deep II degree burn wound healing and anti-inflammatory effect. The results showed that different concentrations of Xueluo compound burn cream can significantly promote wound healing (P <0.001), while also significantly reduce xylene-induced mouse ear swelling, has a strong anti-inflammatory effect (P <0 .001).
