本文报道广西２市４县２９所中小学校共４３０５人的贫血现状及贫血类型。调查表明，平均贫血率为２５．４６％，其中女生为２８．０４％明显高于男生的２３．１９％（Ｐ＜０．０５）。乡村学生贫血率为２６．７１％明显高于城市学生的２３．４１％（Ｐ＜０．０５）。在贫血学生中，缺铁性贫血的比重最大，占５２．８７％，其次是大细胞性贫血（３２．１９％），最低是混合性贫血（１４．２２％）。
This paper reports a total of 4305 people in 29 primary and secondary schools in 4 counties in 2 cities of Guangxi province. The survey showed that the average anemia rate was 25.46%, of which 28.04% of girls was significantly higher than 23.19% of boys (P <0.05). The anemia rate of rural students was 26.71%, which was significantly higher than that of urban students (23.41%, P <0.05). Among anemic students, iron deficiency anemia accounted for 52.87% of the total, followed by large-cell anemia (32.19%) and mixed anemia (14.22%).
