亮氨酸对小麦花粉愈伤组织诱导和绿苗分化的影响

C_(17)培养基和C_(17)培养基中加入10mg/l的亮氨酸二种配法均固体培养,接种4个相同的F_1代组合的花药2000个左右,前者花粉愈伤组织的诱导率平均为9.63％,后者为17.18％。绿苗占花药的百分数前者为2.23％,后者为6.00％。
