鄂尔多斯市东胜区始终高度重视就业和再就业工作,我们根据劳动力市场变化和产业结构调整的需要,充分利用全社会现有的教育资源,开展了具有针对性、实用性和有效性的就业培训,使更多的下岗失业人员通过培训走上了再就业之路。同时对有开业条件的人员开展创业培训和开业指导,并提供项目咨询、跟踪扶持等服务,帮助他们成功创业,带动更多的下岗失业人员实现再就业。东胜区的基本做法是:增加就业岗位,帮助下岗失业人员再就业。充分发挥中介组织的作用,广泛收集用工信息,定期举办劳动供需招聘洽谈会。今年上半年,东胜区劳动力市场共举办劳务交流洽谈会12场次,接待用人单位192家,办理求职登记614人,提供就业岗位820个,达成求职意向682人次,推荐城镇下岗失业人员实现就业、再就业197人,再就业率为77.25%,城镇登记失业率为2.7%。我们制定就业再就业优惠政策,在求职用工登记、劳动事务代理、办理劳动用工手续等方面开展了全方位免费服务。今年1-6月份,共免费为下岗失业人员办理求职登记255人。为了
