在管道引输水中,当引水式水电站压力管道需要埋设于山体内或坝式水电站的压力管道需要穿越坝体时,宜采用埋管。地下埋管由钢管、混凝土衬圈、围岩共同承担内水压力,是引水式水电站中应用较广泛的一种压力管道。随着压力管道HD值的日益增大,以及环境保护的需要,设计和制作明管技术上难于实现,在大中型常规水电站中,越来越趋向于将压力管道从地面转入地下。在地下厂房及抽水蓄能电站中,地下埋管更是得到了广泛的应用。将其技术应用到大口径供水管道过河埋管工程的施工,这在城市供水工程中是一个突破,为同类型供水管道安装工程提供参考。
In the pipeline water diversion, when the pressure pipeline of diversion hydropower station needs to be buried in the mountain or the pressure pipe of the dam-type hydropower station needs to cross the dam body, the pipe should be buried. Underground pipe buried by the steel pipe, concrete lining, rock together to bear the internal water pressure, water diversion hydropower station is more widely used in a kind of pressure pipeline. With the increasing HD value of pressure pipeline and the need of environmental protection, it is difficult to design and manufacture clear pipe technology. In large and medium-sized conventional hydropower stations, it is more and more inclined to divert pressure pipelines from ground to underground. In the underground power plants and pumped storage stations, buried underground pipe is more widely used. The technology is applied to large-diameter water supply pipeline crossing the river embankment construction, which is a breakthrough in urban water supply project for the same type of water supply pipeline installation project to provide a reference.
