国务院总理温家宝2011年1月26日主持召开国务院常务会议,研究部署进一步做好房地产市场调控工作。会议指出,自去年4月份《国务院关于坚决遏制部分城市房价过快上涨的通知》印发后,房地产市场出现积极变化,房价过快上涨势头得到初步遏制。为巩固和扩大调控成果,逐步解决城镇居民住房问题,继续有效遏制投资投机性购房,促进房地产市场平稳健康发展,必须进一步做好房地产市场调控工作。
On January 26, 2011, Premier Wen Jiabao of the State Council presided over the executive meeting of the State Council to study and deploy to further the regulation and control of the real estate market.
