对湖泊的保护治理是极其重要且迫切的课题,大力发展绿色金融是顺应党的十八大提出大力推进生态文明建设的现实需求。文章在对抚仙湖保护治理中绿色金融实践进行归纳梳理的基础上,分析了当前面临的问题,提出了加大绿色信贷投放力度、丰富绿色金融介入业态形式和出台专项政策激励绿色金融支持抚仙湖保护治理等政策建议,具有决策参考性应用价值。
The protection and management of lakes is an extremely important and urgent issue. To develop green finance is a realistic demand that the 18th CPC National Congress put forward to vigorously promote the construction of ecological civilization. On the basis of summarizing the green finance practice in the Fuxianhu protection and management, the article analyzes the current problems and puts forward some suggestions to increase the green credit investment, enrich the forms of green finance and introduce special policies to encourage the green financial support Fairy Lake protection and management policy recommendations, with decision-making reference value.
