不同的设计者在设计过程采取的方式不同、关注的重点不同等都会引起最终的成果发生变化。而在水利水电工程方面的水文设计,影响其最终的成果的因素有很多,比如方法技巧不同、设计思路不同等。为了对水利水电工程水文设计有一个科学合理的评价,以下通过对水文设计评价的对象、评价标准、以及评价思路与方法方面做了相关探讨和研究。
Different designers in the design process to take a different approach, focusing on different priorities will cause the final result to change. However, hydrological design in hydroelectric projects has many influences on its final result, such as different method skills and different design ideas. In order to have a scientific and reasonable evaluation of hydrological design of water conservancy and hydropower projects, the following discussion and research on objects of hydrological design evaluation, evaluation criteria, as well as evaluation ideas and methods are carried out.
