作为“好运北京”重要赛事之一的第九届世界武术锦标赛,于2007年11月11日在北京国家奥林匹克体育中心体育馆隆重开幕。本届世锦赛同时也是“北京2008武术比赛”的资格赛,比赛共设武术套路22个,散手18个级别的40个竞赛项目。中国队共派出19名国内顶级武术高手,其中武术套路9人(男4名、女5名),武术散手10人(男6名、女4名)。所有选手无一人失手,将所参赛项目的金牌揽入怀中,从而中国队以18枚金牌高居奖牌榜首位,再一次彰显了武林霸主的地位。
As the “Good Luck Beijing” one of the important events of the Ninth World Wushu Championships, November 11, 2007 at the Beijing Olympic Sports Center Stadium grand opening. The current World Championships is also the “Beijing 2008 Wushu Competition” qualifying game, a total of 22 Wushu routines, Sanshou 18 levels of 40 competitions. The Chinese team dispatched a total of 19 top martial arts players in China, including 9 Wushu routines (4 males and 5 females) and 10 Sanshou players (6 males and 4 females). All the players lost without one, the gold medal in the entries into the arms, so that the Chinese team to 18 medals topped the medal list, once again highlight the dominant position of the Wulin.
