采用实验和数值模拟的方法研究了电子设备冷却用矩形通道空芯冷板的换热特性。数值计算中 ,采用了同位网格上的SIMPLE算法和低雷诺数湍流模型 ,温度场计算中采用整场离散求解的方法。数值模拟结果与实验结果吻合良好。
The heat transfer characteristics of rectangular channel hollow core cold plates for electronic equipment cooling were studied by means of experiments and numerical simulations. In the numerical calculation, the SIMPLE algorithm and the low Reynolds number turbulence model are used in the co-location grid. In the calculation of the temperature field, a whole set of discrete solution methods are used. The numerical simulation is in good agreement with the experimental results.
