这里,有一个重要的认识问题必须搞清楚。社会主义股份企业的股息、红利这种分配形式,是依据股权的多少进行分配的。这种分配不是“按劳分配”,而是“按资分配”。但是不能由此就认定它是资本主义性质的。股票的另一部分持有者是职工。职工的生活主要来源是劳动收入,股息和红利只是职工提供资金的报酬,是社会对其支援国家建设的一种物质鼓励,其性质与银行存款利息相类似,可以看成是劳动者昨天所创造的属于个人消费的那一部分价值,拿到今天或明天去实现。
