初中思想政治学科在新课程的改革中变化很大,和以前相比更注重人文性和时代性。为了与时俱进、更好地搞好本职工作,初中思想政治课教师应该积极转变角色,来迎接新课程的挑战。本文运用文献资料法和逻辑归纳法等方法,阐明了教师角色转变的重要性,同时探讨了初中政治教师角色转变的几个重要途径。
The ideological and political disciplines of junior high school have changed greatly in the reform of the new curriculum. Compared with before, they have paid more attention to the humanities and the times. In order to advance with the times and do a better job of their own jobs, junior middle school ideological and political teachers should actively change their roles to meet the challenges of the new curriculum. This article uses literature and logical induction methods to clarify the importance of teacher role change. At the same time, it discusses several important ways to change the roles of junior middle school political teachers.
