目的建立战斗机飞行员心理品质测量方法和标准。方法随机抽取308名男性现役战斗机飞行员,年龄23~44岁,平均31.8±4.7岁。飞行时间300~2600h,平均1212.97±540.68h。机种为歼教-5、强-5、歼-6、歼-7、歼-8等。采用纸笔测验(含7项分测验)、人机对话测验(含4项分测验)和个性测验。收集受试者9级分飞行训练绩效。结果19项指标的数据均呈正态分布(|SK|≤0.67),具有高区分度(CV≥8.0),复测信度>0.80。8项指标的效度系数具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。心理测量综合指标与飞行训练绩效有比较密切的关系(r=0.36,P<0.01;Chi-SquareValue=35.98,df=4,P<0.001)。心理测量选优符合率为85.7%(54/63)。结论根据本研究筛选的指标,有望建立简便实用的计算机化的战斗机飞行员心理品质测量方法和标准。
Objective To establish the methods and standards for measuring the psychological quality of fighter pilots. Methods A total of 308 male active-duty fighter pilots were selected, aged from 23 to 44 years old, with an average of 31.8 ± 4.7 years. Flight time 300 ~ 2600h, an average of 1212.97 ± 540.68h. Models for the J-5, -5 strong, J-6, J-7, J-8 and so on. Using paper and pencil test (including 7 sub-test), man-machine dialogue test (including 4 sub-test) and personality test. The subjects’ 9-point flight training performance was collected. Results The data of 19 indexes showed a normal distribution (| SK | ≤0.67), with high discrimination (CV≥8.0) and reliability of retest> 0.80. Statistical significance (P <0.05). There was a close relationship between the comprehensive index of psychological measurement and flight training performance (r = 0.36, P <0.01; Chi-SquareValue = 35.98, df = 4, P <0.001). Mental selection rate of 85.7% (54/63). Conclusion According to the indicators screened in this study, it is expected to establish a simple and practical computerized fighter pilot psychological quality measurement methods and standards.
