甲状旁腺癌为一罕见疾病,欧美文献报导约100例;日本则仅见34例。本文作者报道一例,并结合文献报道进行分析。患者为一女性,主诉为左前颈部发现肿块,并左侧大腿疼痛.患者于1976年(37岁)出现腰痛及左下肢痛,曾作骨活检,诊断为骨纤维性发育不良,行骨搔爬及移植术,此时硷性磷酸酶显著增高为109.5金氏单位.77年7月因左鼻前庭部肿瘤又行摘除术,组织学检查为巨细胞性肉芽肿同年9月发现左前颈部肿瘤,临床诊断为甲状腺囊肿行摘除术.组织学检查为Hürthle 氏细胞腺
Parathyroid carcinoma is a rare disease. European and American literature reported about 100 cases; Japan only saw 34 cases. The author of this article reported one case and analyzed it with literature reports. The patient was a woman who complained of a lump in the left front neck and had pain in her left thigh. The patient developed low back pain and left lower limb pain in 1976 (age 37). He had a bone biopsy, diagnosed with osteofibroid dysplasia, and osteophytes.
