“知识经济”是八十年代兴起的高科技革命而催生的“以知识为基础的经济”。知识经济的崛起,引发了一场全球性的“经济革命”。我国作为发展中国家,如何积极应对知识经济浪潮的挑战,积极大胆地学习借鉴发达国家的经验,发挥后发优势,迅速追赶发达国家,培育和发展本国的知识经济,促进产业结构优化升级,确保经济持续快速健康发展,如期或提前实现“分三步走”的现代化建设目标,已经成为摆在党和政府以及国人面前的重大课题。笔者试结合分析知识经济挑战,加快知识经济的培育与发展谈几点粗浅认识。

The rise of a knowledge-based economy has triggered a global “economic revolution.” As a developing country, how to deal with the challenge of the wave of knowledge-based economy actively, our country actively and boldly learn from the experience of developed countries, give play to the advantage of backwardness, quickly catch up with developed countries, cultivate and develop our own knowledge-based economy, promote the optimization and upgrading of industrial structure, ensure The sustained, rapid and healthy economic development and the realization of the goal of modernization in “three steps in a timely manner” as scheduled or in advance have become major topics for the party, government and people. I try to analyze the combination of knowledge and economy challenges, speeding up the cultivation and development of knowledge-based economy to talk about a few superficial understanding.
