能量不平衡的处理是重要的辅助服务之一 ,为此对该问题进行了量化分析和定价。首先讨论在市场条件下发电厂具有最高收益的最佳开机组合和发电负荷在各机组间的优化分配 ,然后对能量不平衡的成本进行量化分析 ,进而对能量不平衡服务进行定价 ,以及对该项辅助服务的市场模式进行探讨 ,最后以某发电厂为例进行分析。研究结果表明市场交易中能量不平衡将影响发电厂方的收益 ,电网公司应按能量不平衡服务的价格对发电厂进行经济补偿 ,使其自觉地维持电力系统的安全和稳定运行。
The treatment of energy imbalances is one of the important ancillary services. To this end, quantitative analysis and pricing have been carried out on this issue. First, discuss the optimal power-on combination with the highest yield of power plants under the market conditions and the optimal distribution of power generation load among the units. Then, quantify the cost of energy imbalance, and then price the energy imbalance service, and The market model for auxiliary services is discussed. Finally, a power plant is taken as an example for analysis. The research results show that the energy imbalance in the market transaction will affect the power plant’s revenue. The grid company should make economic compensation for the power plant at the price of unbalanced service, so that it can consciously maintain the safe and stable operation of the power system.
