这两年,我因为教学的需要,读了不少医学的书籍。这些书籍的作者从各自领域出发,对老年人的疾病防治问题谈了他们的见解。洋洋洒洒,蔚为大观,令我大开眼界,获得了不少知识。

这两年,我因为教学的需要,读了不少医学的书籍。这些书籍的作者从各自领域出发,对老年人的疾病防治问题谈了他们的见解。洋洋洒洒,蔚为大观,令我大开眼界,获得了不少知识。然而,这些知识之繁复,涉及领域之广泛,让人很难全面掌握。于是我就努力寻找它们的共同点,想从中找到一条通往健康之路
