钟山区烟草专卖局自2009年成立以来,始终坚持“维护国家利益至上、消费者利益至上”的行业价值观,全体干部职工将卷烟市场稳定及行业健康发展为己任。行业伴随着新形势下改革大潮的深入发展,之前掌握的现有知识经验在应对当前新时期下的各项管理工作中已感到力不从心,甚至有追赶不上行业发展步伐的感觉。
Since its establishment in 2009, Zhongshan Tobacco Monopoly Bureau has always insisted on the industry values of “safeguarding the supremacy of national interests and the interests of consumers at the highest level”, and all the cadres and workers will make the cigarette market stable and the healthy development of the industry as its own responsibility. With the in-depth development of the tide of reform in the new situation, the existing knowledge experience gained in the industry has been unable to cope with the various management tasks under the current new era. There is even the feeling that it can not catch up with the pace of development of the industry.
