建设工程造价管理指的是综合运用科学技术以及方法,在统一管理目标的基础上,对工程造价加强控制,确保建设工程经济效益。近年来,建筑行业发展迅速,建设工程造价管理逐渐受到广泛关注。对此,本文首先介绍了建设工程造价管理的意义,然后对建设工程造价管理发展中的问题进行了分析,并且具体探究了如何采取有效措施促进建设工程造价管理发展。
Construction project cost management refers to the integrated use of science and technology and methods, based on the unified management objectives, to strengthen control of project cost and ensure the economic benefits of construction projects. In recent years, the rapid development of the construction industry, construction project cost management has been widespread concern. In this regard, this paper first introduces the significance of construction project cost management, and then analyzes the problems in the development of construction project cost management, and specifically explores how to take effective measures to promote the development of construction project cost management.
