根据Turow电厂OP-650—b型锅炉的几年运行经验可知,锅炉管子的飞灰磨损已是波兰发电机组中的突出问题。该电厂燃用褐煤,平均发热量为1900大卡/公斤,灰分为25%,但经常出现发热量下降至1300~1500大卡/公斤,而灰分上升到30%的现象。当煤的水分是50%时,这就意味着干燥煤的灰分达50%,在发热量低的煤中甚至达60%。省煤器运行15000小时(约2.5年)后首次爆管。飞灰对管子的最大磨损发生在锅炉后墙附近,主要在对流过热器和省煤器上排
According to several years of operation experience of OP-650-b boiler in Turow Power Plant, it is known that the fly ash wear of boiler tubes has become a prominent issue in Polish generator sets. The power plant lignite burning, the average heat 1900 kcal / kg, ash 25%, but often appears calorific value down to 1300 ~ 1500 kcal / kg, while the ash rose to 30% of the phenomenon. When the moisture content of the coal is 50%, this means that the ash content of dry coal is up to 50% and even up to 60% in low calorific coal.
