目的通过分析贵州省安顺市2007-2012年传染病报告质量,探讨影响传染病报告质量的相关因素。方法汇总安顺市2007-2012年传染病报告质量检查资料,统计传染病报告率和诊断符合率,从国家疾病监测信息报告管理系统统计传染病及时报告率和及时审核率,对其进行统计分析。结果 2007-2012年安顺市传染病报告率为91%,2010-2012年三年报告率较2007-2009年下降5.24%;2007-2012年传染病及时报告率和及时审核率分别为86.75%和98.45%,2010-2012年三年及时报告率和及时审核率较2007-2009年分别上升17.92%和1.58%;2011年抽查核实传染病诊断符合率为26.74%,较沿海发达地区的83.42%水平[1]低56.68%。结论安顺市传染病报告工作中,漏报、误报和迟报、迟审现象仍然存在,成为影响传染病防控工作的重要因素,各级政府及卫生部门应加强对传染病报告质量的重视,进一步提高传染病报告敏感性、准确性、及时性和审核及时性,加强监测预警,为传染病疫情的早发现和及时处置提供必要保障。
Objective To analyze the quality of infectious disease reporting from 2007 to 2012 in Anshun City, Guizhou Province. Methods The quality of infectious disease report data from 2007 to 2012 in Anshun was collected, the infectious disease reporting rate and diagnostic coincidence rate were collected, and the statistical analysis was conducted on the timely reporting rate and timely rate of infectious disease from the national disease monitoring information reporting management system. Results The reported rate of communicable diseases in Anshun City was 91% from 2007 to 2012, while the reported rate in three years from 2010 to 2012 decreased by 5.24% compared with that in 2007-2009. The timely report rate of infectious diseases and timely examination rate of infectious diseases in 2007-2012 were 86.75% and 98.45%. The three-year timely reporting rate and the timely examination rate in 2010-2012 increased by 17.92% and 1.58% respectively from 2007-2009. In 2011, the coincidence rate of spot check and diagnosis of infectious diseases was 26.74%, which was 83.42% higher than that of the developed coastal areas [1] 56.68% lower. Conclusion In reporting of infectious diseases in Anshun City, the phenomenon of omission, misstatement and delay in reporting infectious diseases still exists and becomes an important factor influencing the prevention and control of infectious diseases. Governments and public health departments at all levels should pay more attention to the quality of infectious disease reports , To further improve the sensitivity, accuracy, timeliness and timeliness of reporting of infectious diseases and to strengthen the monitoring and early warning so as to provide the necessary guarantee for the early detection and timely disposal of the epidemic of infectious diseases.
