跨国并购是跨国收购和跨国兼并的总称指一国企业(并购业)为了某种目的,通过一定的渠道和支付手段,购入另一国的企业(目标企业)的所有资产或足以行使经营控制权的股份。跨国并购是一项充满风险的企业经营活动,研究如何规避中国企业跨国并购风险问题有益于推进我国企业的改革开放强化企业的经营管理,为企业有效进行这种经营活动提供借鉴。
