目的:探讨高分辨力MRI诊断颅内椎-基底动脉夹层动脉瘤(VBDA)的临床价值。方法:抽取2019年1月至2020年8月南阳市第二人民医院收治的78例疑似VBDA患者作为研究对象,指定同一名高年资、高职称影像学检查医师对其行高分辨力MRI(HR-MRI)检查。记录78例疑似VBDA患者HR-MRI检出率、手术病理检查或随访确诊VBDA情况,计算HR-MRI检查对VBDA诊断的敏感性、特异性。结果:78例患者经HR-MRI诊断VBDA占比为91.03%,手术病理检查或随访确诊VBDA为93.59%,差异有统计学意义(n P>0.05);HR-MRI诊断VBDA的敏感性为95.89%、特异性为80.00%。n 结论:应用HR-MRI诊断VBDA具有较高的敏感性及特异性,有利于提高临床针对此类疾病的检出正确率。“,”Objective:To investigate the clinical value of high resolution MRI in the diagnosis of intracranial vertebrobasilar dissecting aneurysm (VBDA).Methods:Seventy-eight patients with suspected VBDA admitted to Nanyang Second People’s Hospital from January 2019 to August 2020 were selected as the subjects of this study, and the same senior imaging examiner with a high professional title was designated to perform HR-MRI examinations. The high resolution-MRI(HR-MRI)detection rate, surgical pathological examination or follow-up diagnosis of VBDA in 78 patients with suspected VBDA were recorded, and the sensitivity and specificity of HR-MRI in the diagnosis of VBDA were calculated.Results:The proportion of 78 patients diagnosed with VBDA by HR-MRI was 91.03%, and the diagnosis of VBDA by surgical pathology or follow-up was 93.59%, the difference was statistically significant(n P>0.05); the sensitivity and specificity of HR-MRI in the diagnosis of vbda were 95.89% and 80.00%, respectively.n Conclusions:The application of HR-MRI in the diagnosis of VBDA has high sensitivity and specificity, which is beneficial to improve the accuracy of clinical detection of such patients.
