科技查新咨询工作是我国科技管理现代化的一项重大改革措施,对于开发科技情报信息资源,提高情报服务质量,发挥情报决策支持功能,减少科研低水平重复和保证科技成果的质量等具有重要意义。总后勤部卫生部为加强对全军医药卫生科研工作的宏观管理,进一步提高我军医学科学研究质量,使军队医学情报服务保障工作更好地适应医学科学技术发展的需要,根据国家有关规定,结合军队实际,决定于一九九二年元月起,在全军医药卫生系统开展科技查新咨询工作,并为此专门下发通知部署查新工作。
