对宏观环境来说单个企业是不可控的,企业唯一能做到的是通过加强和完善内部管理来提高产品质量、降低产品单位成本,从而提升企业竞争力。企业信息化正是完善企业内部管理最有效、最直接的途径。本文通过开展专项调查,分析企业信息化存在问题,并就如何通过企业信息化来提升综合竞争力进分析,并提出建议。
For a macro-environment, a single enterprise is not controllable. The only thing that an enterprise can do is to improve product quality and reduce product unit costs by strengthening and improving internal management, so as to enhance the competitiveness of enterprises. Enterprise informatization is the most effective and direct way to improve internal management of enterprises. This article conducts special investigations to analyze the problems of enterprise informatization, analyzes how to improve the comprehensive competitiveness through enterprise informatization, and makes recommendations.
