1.前言柴油机的节能化是近年来特别强调的课题,为此,主要在改善燃油消耗率和燃用超低质油方面作了各种努力。但是,燃油的低质化意味着燃烧更加困难,这与改善燃油消耗率是相互矛盾的。解决这一问题通常所采用的方法是提高喷油压力,可是随着喷油压力的提高,喷油系统有产生种种问题的倾向。笔者对其中的喷油泵穴蚀问题,进行了理论分析,并在理论分析基础上进行了试验和实机验证,本文对此加以归纳、介绍。
1. Introduction Diesel engines have been the subject of special emphasis in recent years. To this end, they have made various efforts, mainly in improving their fuel consumption rate and burning super-low quality oil. However, the low quality of fuel means that it is more difficult to burn, which is in contradiction with the improvement of fuel consumption rate. The usual solution to this problem is to increase the injection pressure, but as the injection pressure increases, the injection system tends to have a variety of problems. The author of the injection pump cavitation problems, a theoretical analysis, and the theoretical analysis based on the test and real machine verification, this paper summarized, introduced.
