以DCD-13型舵机机械传动系统为研究对象,基于SolidWorks及其插件GearTrax对其进行三维建模,利用ANSYS对其模态进行有限元求解。固有频率和振型是承受动态载荷结构设计中的重要参考指标,模态分析可以确定一个结构的固有频率和振型。针对静态线性模态分析方法不能满足舵机高速旋转和频繁变速的实际工作情况,通过求解两种临界状态的固有频率,确定该系统固有频率的范围,有效地解决了类似问题。
Taking the mechanical transmission system of DCD-13 steering gear as the research object, the SolidWorks and its plug-in GearTrax are used to carry on the three-dimensional modeling and the ANSYS is used to solve the modal. Natural frequency and mode shape are important reference parameters in dynamic load structure design. Modal analysis can determine the natural frequency and mode shape of a structure. In view of the fact that static linear modal analysis method can not meet the actual working conditions of high speed rotation and frequent speed change of steering gear, the natural frequencies of the two critical states are solved to determine the natural frequency range of the system and the similar problems are solved effectively.
