患者,男,32岁。于1978年8月18日诊断为急性化脓性兰尾炎入院。入院前4天发热伴右下腹持续性疼痛、咳嗽、鼻衄,乏力。检查:体温38.8℃,血压128/70毫米汞柱。体弱,皮肤、巩膜无黄染,无出血点。表浅淋巴结无肿大。面部浮肿呈贫血貌。肝肋缘下2.5厘米,剑下4厘米,脾未触及。右下腹明显的压痛反跳痛,无肠型,未触及包块,肠鸣音减弱。神经系统检查无反射异常。
Patient, male, 32 years old. On August 18, 1978, a diagnosis of acute purulent malady was admitted. 4 days before admission with fever and right lower quadrant persistent pain, cough, epistaxis, fatigue. Check: body temperature 38.8 ℃, blood pressure 128/70 mm Hg. Weak, skin, sclera without yellow dye, no bleeding point. Superficial lymph nodes without swelling. Facial edema was anemic appearance. Under the liver margin of 2.5 cm, 4 cm sword, spleen not touched. The right lower quadrant was tender tenderness rebound pain, no intestinal type, not touched the mass, bowel sounds weakened. Nervous system examination without abnormal reflex.
