分析中国互联网络信息中心1997～2001年的七次调查数据,可以看出中国网上用户数量急剧增加,提供电子书籍和开展网上有偿信息服务是图书馆努力的方向,只有这样,才能使图书馆真正成为人们不受时间和空间限制的“终身学校”。
