目的:探讨肾上腺肿瘤的后腹腔镜微创手术治疗,并与开放手术作对比分析。方法:肾上腺肿瘤46例,行后腹腔镜手术治疗,与近期开放手术治疗的14例患者的临床指标进行比较。结果:后腹腔镜组46例,手术全部成功,无转开放,平均手术时间90min,开放组80min;腹腔镜手术组平均出血60ml,开放组约160ml;腹腔镜组术后平均住院5d,开放组术后平均住院9.5d,两组多项指标差异均有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论:与开放手术相比,治疗肾上腺肿瘤采用后腹腔镜微创手术具有创伤小,出血少,恢复快,住院时间短等优点。
Objective: To investigate the minimally invasive retroperitoneal laparoscopic surgery for adrenal tumors and to compare with open surgery. Methods: Forty-six patients with adrenal tumors were treated with retroperitoneal laparoscopic surgery and compared with the clinical data of 14 patients undergoing open surgery. Results: In the retroperitoneal group, 46 cases were successfully operated without any turn on and off. The average operation time was 90 minutes and the open group was 80 minutes. The average bleeding time was 60 ml in the laparoscopic operation group and 160 ml in the open group. The average postoperative hospital stay was 9.5 days. There were significant differences in multiple indicators between the two groups (P <0.05). Conclusion: Compared with open surgery, the treatment of adrenal tumors with minimally invasive retroperitoneal laparoscopic trauma with less bleeding, rapid recovery, shorter hospital stay and so on.
