2014年5月26日,广州市第一法院两名工作人员到五桂山镇领东上筑小区,参与证据保全工作。此前,该小区业委会多次要求小区物业公司移交小区相关资料未果,遂诉至法院,法院同意证据保全。物业有关负责人说,经向市房协咨询,物业代为保管小区相关资料,资料可以提供给业委会看,有些可以复印,但不可以给。
