为眼震电图示前庭眼反射正常的飞行人员和地勤人员各30例进行冷热水试验时、视动刺激时和Coriolis加速度刺激时的胃电图记录,对其前庭植物神经反应进行比较研究。结果表明:冷热水试验时飞行人员和地勤人员的胃电频率和振幅无明显差异;视动刺激和Coriolis加速度刺激时飞行人员的胃电振幅明显低于地勤人员。结论认为前庭植物神经反应的稳定性是可以通过长期锻炼而获得的;视动刺激和Coriolis加速度刺激时的胃电振幅的定量测定可做为飞行人员医学选拔、晕机病的诊断及其矫治效果评定的客观依据之一。
In 30 eyes of patients with normal reflexes in the vestibular ocular anastomosis, all the pilots and ground crew members recorded the electrogastrogram during the visual acuity stimulation and the Coriolis acceleration stimulus test, and compared their vestibular nerve responses . The results showed that there was no significant difference in the frequency and amplitude of gastric electrical signals between pilots and ground crew in both hot and cold water tests. The amplitude of gastric electrical activity was significantly lower than that of ground crew in both aerodynamic and Coriolis acceleration stimuli. Conclusions: The stability of vestibular nerve response can be obtained through long-term exercise. Quantitative determination of gastric electrical amplitude when optokinetic stimulation and Coriolis acceleration can be used as the medical selection of pilot, the diagnosis of motion sickness and the evaluation of its correction effect One of the objective basis.
