文章论述了基于注入锁定增益开关调制法布里-珀罗半导体激光器(FP-LD)的波长连续可调脉冲生产技术.包括两方面的内容:1自激注入锁定FP-LD系统以获得波长连续可调脉冲输出,在48 nm波长范围获得37 dB以上的边模抑制比(SMSR),重复频率为2.5 GHz;2带有波长选择反馈环的外注入锁定FP-LD系统以获得波长连续可调脉冲输出.在20.4 nm的波长调节范围内获得31 dB以上的边模抑制比(SMSR).系统结构简单,可工作在任意重复频率上.
In this paper, we discuss the continuous-wave tunable pulse production technology based on the FP-LD (Modulation-locked Fabry-Perot Laser Diode) with injection-locked gain switch, including two aspects: 1 Self-excited injection locking FP-LD system to obtain continuous wave length Adjustable pulse output to achieve a side mode suppression ratio (SMSR) of 37 dB or more at a wavelength of 48 nm with a repetition frequency of 2.5 GHz; 2 External injection locking FP-LD system with wavelength selective feedback loop for continuously adjustable wavelength Pulse Output Side Line Mode Suppression Ratio (SMSR) of 31 dB or more over a wavelength adjustment range of 20.4 nm The system is simple in construction and can operate at any repetition frequency.
