贵阳市人民政府令第4号《贵阳市房地产中介服务管理规定》已经2009年4月13日市人民政府常务会议通过,现予公布,自2009年8月1日起施行。市长袁周二○○九年五月六日第一条为规范房地产中介服务行为,维护房地产市场秩序,保障房地产活动当事人的合法权益,根据《中华人民共和国城市房地产管理法》、《贵阳市城市房地产管理办法》等法律、法规,结合本市实际,制定本规定。
