财务指标曾经一度是衡量组织绩效的重要指标,是组织领导者及各利益相关者评价该组织经营管理能力的重要指标。可见财务指标具有非常重要的价值,而保障组织各项财务指标都处在健康水平,则需要组织的财务管理体现出较强的能力,能够发挥组织的每一笔资金的效用,而组织的这种优秀的财务管理能力离不开对财务管理工作的精细化,只有通过规范化、系统化、流程化、数据化和信息化的财务管理,才能确保各项资金和资产被合理使用。基于此,本文提出财务管理精细化研究,以期研究结果为相关组织的精细化财务管理提高一定的指导性建议。
Once used as an important indicator to measure the performance of an organization, the financial indicator is an important indicator for the organization of leaders and stakeholders in evaluating the management ability of an organization. It can be seen that financial indicators have very important value. However, all the financial indicators of the organization are at a healthy level, and the financial management of the organization needs to show a strong ability to exert the utility of every fund of the organization. The excellent financial management capability can not be separated from the elaboration of financial management. Only through standardized, systematic, process-based, data-based and informationized financial management can the various funds and assets be used rationally. Based on this, this paper puts forward the study of financial management refinement, in the hope of improving the guidance of financial management of related organizations.
