本文结合工程实践列举了用“路面材料测试仪”所进行的几项主要试验项目的测试数据。通过重型击实标准、工地密实度检验方法的对比、回弹模量等试验和资料分析,有助于做好工程的前期工作,制订明确的技术标准和工地质量检查标准。 路基路面工程施工中,除了按规定测定每一层次的质量指标之外,对于土基、底基层、基层都用轮载法测量模量。用代表弯沉表征各结构层竣工后所达到的强度,对于施工全过程的质量管理有一个较简明的定量指标。尤其是路面等级较高、设计路面强度的线路以及工程地质水文地质条件较为复杂的路段,用来衡量施工质量和预测工程质量都是有益的。
This article combines engineering practice lists the use of “pavement material tester” carried out by several major test project test data.
