目的分析临床运行中的X射线计算机断层摄影装置(CT机)对病灶的分辨能力,了解设备的工作状态。方法依据中华人民共和国《X射线计算机断层摄影装置影像质量保证检测规范》(GB/T17589-1998)对广东省地、市各级医院的CT机进行检测分析。结果共检测160台CT机,其中一手机116台,二手机44台,空间分辨力≤0.75、1.00和1.25mm的CT机分别占受检CT机总台数的30.00%、66.25%和3.75%,低对比分辨力达到2.5、3.0、3.5mm的CT机分别占受检CT机总数的59.38%、40.00%和0.63%,均符合国标评价要求。一手机空间分辨力平均值为0.92mm,二手机平均值为0.98mm,经秩和检验,两者差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。一手机的低对比分辨力平均值为2.66mm,二手机平均值为2.82mm,经秩和检验,两者差异也有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论虽然根据目前检测规范的评价标准,所检测的CT机均达到质控要求,但仍需继续加强管理,尤其是加强对二手机的质量控制。建议重新修订评价标准。
Objective To analyze the resolving power of lesions in X-ray computed tomography (CT) machines in clinical operation and understand the working status of equipment. Methods According to the “X-ray computed tomography imaging quality assurance testing specification” (GB / T17589-1998) of the People’s Republic of China to detect and analyze the CT machines of hospitals at all levels in Guangdong Province. Results A total of 160 CT scanners, including 116 mobile phones and 44 second-hand mobile phones, accounted for 30.00%, 66.25% and 3.75% of the total number of CT scanners with spatial resolution ≤ 0.75, 1.00 and 1.25mm, respectively. The low contrast resolution of 2.5, 3.0, 3.5mm CT machines accounted for 59.38%, 40.00% and 0.63% of the total number of CT examination, all in line with national standard evaluation requirements. The average spatial resolution of a mobile phone was 0.92mm, the average of two mobile phones was 0.98mm, and the rank sum test showed significant difference (P <0.05). The average contrast ratio of a mobile phone was 2.66mm, the average of two mobile phones was 2.82mm. The rank sum test showed that the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion Although according to the current testing standards evaluation criteria, the quality of the CT machine tested to meet the requirements, but still need to continue to strengthen management, in particular, to strengthen the quality control of second-hand machines. Proposed to re-evaluate the evaluation criteria.
