对一些原来采用砂型铸造的小型圆筒形碳钢铸件 ,因铸造缺陷多、铸造废品率高 ,根据其H/D≤ 2 .0 ,且主要壁厚δ≤ 15mm ,铸件单件质量 <10kg的特点 ,确定采用熔模铸造。试验比较了顶注式、底注式两种方案 ,试验表明 ,采用合理的底注式浇注系统和浇注工艺 ,能够获得质量较好的健全铸件 ,铸件的合格率可达到 90 %以上。
For some of the original small cylindrical cast carbon steel castings, due to casting defects, casting scrap rate, according to its H / D ≤ 2.0, and the main wall thickness δ ≤ 15mm, the quality of the cast piece <10kg Features, to determine the use of investment casting. The experiment compared two kinds of top-pouring and bottom-pouring schemes. The experiment shows that the qualified castings with good quality can be obtained by adopting reasonable bottom-pouring system and pouring technology. The passing rate of castings can reach more than 90%.
