产业空心化是一个国家或地区工业化发展到一定阶段很可能面临的一个重要问题。产业空心化影响到一个区域的经济结构、经济发展水平以及就业状况。世界各国实践证明,积极应对产业空心化与消极应对产业空心化,其结果是截然不同的。随着营商成本的日益提高,深圳制造业必然会面临产业空心化趋势以及各种问题,应当引起我们高度重视。为了加深对产业空心化规律的理解,探讨深圳如何通过促进产业转型与升级以从容应对各种风浪考验,11月25日,由深圳市社会科学联合会主办,深圳特区报协办,市委党校经济学部承办的“深圳产业发展及对策”学术沙龙,邀请一批专家就深圳是否会出现产业空心化与应对措施问题进行了深入探讨,现选出部分观点发表如下。
Hollow-core industry is an important issue that a country or region may face when industrialization reaches a certain stage. Hollow-core industries affect the economic structure, economic development and employment status of a region. Practice in various countries in the world proves that the response to the hollowing out of the industry and the negative reaction to the hollowing out of the industry is quite different. With the increasing cost of doing business, the manufacturing industry in Shenzhen is bound to face the trend of hollowing out industries and various problems, which should arouse our attention. In order to deepen the understanding of the law of hollowing out in the industry and explore how Shenzhen can calmly deal with all kinds of stormy waves by promoting industrial transformation and upgrading, the Shenzhen Municipal Federation of Social Sciences sponsored by Shenzhen Federation of Social Sciences and co-organized by Shenzhen Special Economic Zone School of Economics on November 25 Undertaking “Shenzhen Industry Development and Countermeasures ” academic salon, invited a group of experts on whether there will be industry in Shenzhen hollow and response measures conducted in-depth discussions, are elected some of the views are as follows.
