美国如何保障奶农的经营利润,对当下的中国具有借鉴意义。受全球奶价低迷等因素影响,近期国内多地出现了“卖奶难”的问题,甚至上演了“倒奶杀牛”现象。其实,100多年前的美国也面临类似的难题。但自二战后,美国借助政府奶业支持项目和专业合作社的行业力量建立起了比较完善的奶农利益保障机制,对于保护奶农生产积极性和防范价格大幅波动起到了不错的效果,对当下的中国也具有现实借鉴意义。
