本文应用状态空间理论,设计出了反馈矩阵,消除了电液伺服系统设计中的难题一负载特性,外干扰、交叉耦合作用的影响,提高了系统的动态性能。所设计出的反馈矩阵在工程上容易实现,以输出量作观察量时,不要外加检测元件,故具有较高的现实意义。
In this paper, the state space theory is used to design a feedback matrix, which eliminates the influence of load characteristics, external interference and cross-coupling in the design of electro-hydraulic servo system and improves the dynamic performance of the system. The design of the feedback matrix is easy to implement in engineering, the amount of output for the observation, do not add detection components, it has a high practical significance.
