20多年来,我的胃病经常发作,往往三更半夜要起床吃药。《老友》杂志刊登的两篇文章启迪了我,帮助我治好了胃病。《食物的酸碱平衡》一文,告诉我可以通过食物的酸碱平衡达到身体的酸碱平衡。这篇文章给了我很大的启示。我开始注意多吃碱性食物,慢慢减少服药。我坚持每天早餐吃馒头,中餐吃碗燕麦片泡汤,晚餐吃面条,晚间胃发热时,也用开水冲燕麦片吃。这样坚持吃了好几年,我的胃病终于发生了可喜的变化,慢慢地好转了。
More than 20 years, my stomach often attacks, often at midnight to get up to take medicine. I insist on daily breakfast to eat bread, lunch bowl of oatmeal soup, dinner to eat noodles, evening stomach fever, also use oaten with boiling water oatmeal. This insisted eat for several years, finally my stomach changes have been gratifying, and slowly improved.
