通过分析基础医学教学管理中存在的问题,提出建立部门教学工作委员会,严格落实各项教学管理常规工作;建立部门教学督导组,构建完善的教学质量监控体系;建立有效的激励机制,将绩效分配与教学质量挂钩;主动搭建平台,加强与各专业的沟通交流;制定科学规范的教学档案管理制度等对策,以便做好日常的教学管理工作,促使基础医学教学质量不断提高。
By analyzing the existing problems in the teaching management of basic medical sciences, this paper proposes to set up departmental teaching work committees and strictly implement routine teaching management.
