精益建造理论是由精益生产思想发展而来应用于建筑业的一种先进理论。末位计划系统(LPS)是精益建造理论的重要组成,主要从生产单位控制和工作流控制层面对项目实施进行优化。从现行工程项目计划传递缺陷的博弈模型入手,阐释由此引起的工作流不可靠的危害。基于此,探讨LPS针对计划可靠性和工作流可靠性提升的途径,并以某DB房建项目的LPS应用为例,验证LPS的项目绩效提升效果。最后,针对我国工程管理现状指出了以LPS为代表的精益建造工具的应用展望。
Lean construction theory is developed from the idea of lean production and applied to the construction industry, an advanced theory. The last place planning system (LPS) is an important part of Lean Construction Theory. It optimizes project implementation mainly from the control of production units and workflow control. This paper starts with the game model that the current project plans to deliver defects, and explains the resulting unreliability of workflow. Based on this, we discuss the ways of improving the reliability of LPS and the reliability of workflow. The LPS application of a DB construction project is taken as an example to verify the project performance improvement of LPS. Finally, according to the status quo of engineering management in our country, the application and prospect of lean construction tools represented by LPS are pointed out.
