本病又名Eales 氏病,青年性反复性视网膜玻璃状体出血,原发性血管周围炎或青年性视网膜血管病。视网膜静脉周围炎是周边部视网膜静脉壁的原发性炎症,常引起视网膜和玻璃状体的反复性出血,病变过程偶尔可侵及静脉主干,少数病例周边部视网膜小动脉也罹患。过去认为视网膜静脉周围炎是许多眼病的临床表现,但是此病有其典型过程,现在认为是一种独立的眼病。多发生于青年男性,常于20～30岁间发
The disease is also known as Eales’s disease, juvenile recurrent retinal vitreous hemorrhage, primary perivascular inflammation or adrenergic retinal vascular disease. Peripheral retinal vein inflammation is the peripheral retinal vein wall of the primary inflammation, often causing repeated retinal and vitreous hemorrhage, the lesion may occasionally invading and the main vein, a small number of cases of peripheral retinal arterioles also suffer. In the past that the retinal vein inflammation is the clinical manifestations of many eye diseases, but the disease has its typical process, now considered an independent eye disease. Occurred in young men, often in the 20 to 30 years old
