教师在职培训是学校教育质量保障的必要措施,是教育事业持续发展的重要依托。区县教师进修院校是一种特别的在职教师培训机构,它既承担着实施地区教师继续教育的主要职责,又承担着推进学校教育教学研究的专业引领任务。长期以来,区县教师进修院校为中小学教师的继续教育提供培训服务。当前,教师的发展需求呈现多样化。面对新形势,区县教师进修院校需要根据新的教育发展趋势,厘清工作思路,重新确认自己的地位与功能。
On-the-job training of teachers is a necessary measure to ensure the quality of school education and is an important support for the sustainable development of education.
