Causes and dangers of the Japanese bubble economy The bubble economy originated in the Dutch “tulip wave” in the 1730s. At that time, the Netherlands was the center of the world economy. Dutch traders made fortune in dealing with Asian people on gems, spices and silk, and then speculated on a tulip rhizome and speculated that the prices were very high. In 1637, the price of tulips plunged, and a bubble economy ruptured by tulips. Since then, many countries in the world have experienced various degrees of bubble economy, such as the stock market bubble in the United States in the 1920s, the real estate bubble in Hainan and Beihai in the 1990s, and the real estate bubble in Hong Kong. In terms of scale and impact, as the second largest economic powerhouse in the world, Japan’s bubble economy took the spotlight in the early 1990s and has had a huge and far-reaching impact on the world economy.
